A Sideloader, also knows as a Side Loader Forklift is a type of truck that lifts and transports longer and wider loads in smaller spaces.

The name is associated with the fact that the forks are located on the side of the chassis in the centre of the machine. This is known as the “well”.

The loads are secure on the side of the machine meaning transportation of goods are safer and more effective when traveling over longer distances and narrower spaces.
