Operating for over 38 years
Sylvester Keal is a family-run business based in North East Lincolnshire, founded in 1987. They specialise in hygiene products and commercial kitchen design and installation, and provide servicing and repairs. Their customers include schools and universities, commercial laundries, health and leisure centres, hospitality businesses and NHS trusts and hospitals.
Their team of specialists train continuously to stay at the top of their industry, which is a habit we recognise.
A professional relationship for two decades
We have worked with Sylvester Keal for over twenty years, and we are delighted to have supplied them with a fully refurbished TCM RTM1600 reach truck. It lifts to 4,750 mm, which makes it the right machine for the racking in their warehouse and keeps day-to-day operations running without interruption.
Reliable equipment, responsive support
Speaking about the latest warehouse upgrade, Sylvester Keal said:
“We've had the pleasure of working with BJB for over 20 years, and their service and responsiveness have consistently been second to none. The first forklift we purchased from them was 17 years ago, and it served us reliably until recently being replaced with a new reach truck.”
“Their engineering team, led by Spence, has always done an outstanding job in keeping our fleet in excellent condition. More recently, Dave Smith joined the team, and having known Dave for many years, we can confidently say his customer support is exceptional.”
“The reach truck plays a vital role in our daily operations, where uptime is absolutely critical. We simply cannot afford any downtime, and BJB's reliable equipment and responsive support ensure our workflow remains uninterrupted.”
Grateful to the whole team
Ian Roden, our Sales and Commercial Director, added:
“We are enormously grateful to the whole team at Sylvester Keal for their continued trust and custom; it means a great deal to us. Working in partnership with local businesses and making a positive difference is extremely rewarding, and I hope we can continue to do so for many years to come.”
