Built on the heritage of Bottomley Distillers
Giraffe Distillers was founded on the heritage of Bottomley Distillers and is home to the award-winning Pin Gin. In spring 2023 the company launched the Louth Distillery, its consumer brand, home to an eighteen-still gin school and a setting for public, private and corporate events.
State of the art
The 24,000 sq ft distillery houses stills from 100 to 5,000 litres feeding a combined blending capacity of 50,000 litres, run through HMI screens and bespoke software so that spirit of the highest quality is made consistently, safely and sustainably.
Room to grow
A dedicated storage warehouse next to the distillery and bottling hall holds stock and raw materials on three-storey racking, which is where the reach truck earns its keep. The production team has grown from three to eleven since April 2023, five of whom are now forklift certified.
