We previously told the story of the Museum of RAF Firefighting, who had to leave their home in Alford and found themselves without a permanent place for their equipment. While they look for a new home, they are working hard to get everything into storage and out of the weather.
We were delighted to lend them our Scania HGV to move some of the larger vehicles, which they would have struggled to shift without it. We are doing everything we can to support the museum, but they still need as much help as possible.
