Fleet management
Forklift fleet management
One truck or twenty, the reminders stop being your problem. We track what is due, book it around your shifts, and agree the rates before any of it starts.

If you are keeping a spreadsheet of service dates and thorough examination deadlines, that is a job we can take off you. We contact you when a truck is due, and arrange a convenient time to carry the work out quickly — saving you the time and the hassle of staying on top of reminders.
Maintenance rates are set in agreement with you in advance, when you opt into the service, so there are no surprises later on.
To put a fleet plan together we will ask
- How many trucks, and of what type
- Where they are based
- Shift pattern and typical running hours
- Who maintains them now
- When each was last serviced and examined
What we cover
- We track what is due
- Service intervals and LOLER thorough examination dates for every truck on the fleet, whoever supplied it.
- Work booked around you
- We contact you when a truck is due and arrange a time that suits the shift pattern, rather than one that suits us.
- Rates agreed up front
- Maintenance rates are agreed with you when you opt in, so the cost of keeping the fleet running is known in advance.
- Total cost of ownership
- We work with you to understand the operation, so the solution takes the whole cost of running the machine into account, not just the price of the next job.
- All makes and models
- A mixed fleet can sit under one arrangement, not one contract per manufacturer.
- Sales, service and maintenance together
- Packages are designed with you to give the right level of cover at the right price.

Fleet management questions
Rest on a question, or tap it, for the answer
Yes. Fleet management covers all makes and models, so a mixed fleet built up over years can sit under one arrangement rather than one contract per manufacturer.
A maintenance contract covers the work on a truck. Fleet management covers the administration around it as well: knowing what is due when, contacting you before it falls due, and booking it in. On a single truck the difference is small. Across twenty it is the difference between a spreadsheet and a phone call.
It includes tracking when each one falls due and arranging it. The examination itself is carried out to CFTS standards, in line with LOLER and PUWER, and comes with the written report.
In agreement with you in advance, when you opt into the service. We would rather agree the number at the start than send an invoice that surprises you.
No. Whether you need support on one truck or twenty, tell us what you run and we will say what makes sense. For a single machine a maintenance contract is often the better fit, and we will say so.
Tell us what you run
Send us the fleet — makes, models, locations and shift pattern — and we will come back with what a plan would cover and cost.
